BharatVistaar a multilingual Al-based conversational advisory system for the agriculture sector is launched at Jaipur on 17th February 2026. ICAR-CRIDA and ICAR-CRIDA KVK jointly organized live telecast of the release of BharatVistaar - a multilingual Al-based conversational advisory system.

The event engaged 110 viewers, including staff and farmers. The programme was arranged to watch the historic launch and understand the role of artificial intelligence in strengthening agricultural advisory services in India.

The programme was formally launched by the Union Agriculture Minister, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Shri Chouhan stated that BharatVistaar is the beginning of a new agricultural revolution, which will provide farmers with information related to crops, weather, fertilizers, and markets directly on their mobile phones through AI.

Following the live broadcast of , BharatVistaar Dr. Chandrakant M. H. Senior Scientist & Head, ICAR-CRIDA,KVK highlighted the role of BharatVistaar platform in local language to understand to farmers. Farmers were interacted with the staff and discussed about the tool.
