A farmer-scientist interface meeting was held at Rawalpalle Village, Kotapally Mandal, Mancherial District, Telangana on 9th October 2025.. Initially Dr. T.V. Prasad, Nodal Officer SC Sub Plan briefed about the various interventions under SCSP .Later Dr. K. Sreedevi Shankar explained about the importance of millet crops and various millet-based products in the context of nutritional security.

Dr. Anshida Beevi C.N. briefed about the training programmes on different topics organized by ICAR-CRIDA for the SC farmers. After that, nutri-millet kits were distributed in five villages namely Rawalpalle, Edagatta, Arjungutta, Devulawada and Pangidisomaram covering 413 SC beneficiaries.
