Scientists from ICAR-CRIDA under OADMP interacted with small and tribal farmers in Takudipala, Sirakoli and Reteisahi, Purunia and Godapalasa villages of Raruan block about crop diversification, farm ponds and livestock on 13.02.2026. Team also observed the preliminary status of the natural resource structures, cropping pattern and diversity, agroforestry and livestock in the above villages. Project officers also observed the involvement of small, medium, tribal women and youth farmers in farming.

OADMP team, detailed the project activities with Shri Devandranath Triya, Sarpanch (Takudipala village) and Shri Manmohan Naik, Sarpanch (Tilakoti village). The OADMP team had detailed discussion about livestock, fodder availability and adoption rate by farmers in Raruan block with Shri. Satyajit Sahoo (AVS).
