This module gives access to long term normals (daily, weekly, monthly and annual) weather data (Max and minimum temperatures and rainfall) for 383 districts of rice and cotton growing states in the country. The normal data of weather at district level is often required for analysis with respect to deviations from normal in daily, weekly and monthly data to assess the association with current pest incidence levels and also in development of prediction models eg. Phenology models.
